Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hugo Dromer ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile applications and our website. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATIONS.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in privacy by design. Our fundamental principle is that we do not want to collect any personal data unless it is absolutely necessary for the core functioning of the applications.
We do NOT collect, store, or process any personal user data such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
The only piece of information potentially interacted with by our applications is your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android). This identifier is exclusively used by Google AdMob to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements within our applications.
2. Use of Your Information
As stated above, the only identifier involved is the Advertising ID. It is used strictly for the following purposes by third-party SDKs:
- To display advertisements within the application via Google AdMob.
- To track the performance of advertising campaigns (e.g., number of clicks or views for accurate analytics).
We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not track your location, your usage habits beyond what is strictly managed by AdMob, nor do we access your contacts, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive device sensors.
3. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your information. The Advertising ID is collected directly by Google AdMob through their SDK integrated into our applications. You can review Google's Privacy Policy regarding advertising here to understand how they process this identifier.
4. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no data retention policy applicable to us directly. The Advertising ID data is managed by Google AdMob according to their respective policies and data retention schedules.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You have full control over the Advertising Identifier on your device. Depending on your operating system, you can choose to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier at any time:
- On iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and adjust your preferences to allow or disallow apps to request to track you.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads, and choose to "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID".
6. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your usage. Because the only data collected is the Advertising ID and it is handled directly by the AdMob SDK, the security of this data relies entirely on Google's robust security infrastructure.
7. Policy for Children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions or comments about this Privacy Policy, please contact us through the App Store support link of the respective application or via our developer page.
